Interactive panels Interactive panels, when connected to your desktop / notebook computer and a projector, allow you to face your audience whilst you control, edit and annotate computer applications directly from the interactive panel. Interactive panels are portable making them ideal for training sessions, police, fire and ambulance emergency services and military establishments for training and briefing sessions or within universities and colleges. Can also be used with some video conferencing systems. Also ideal for small children who cannot reach a classroom whiteboard. Interactive panels - current product range:
FREE Whiteboard guide As you are used to writing normally with a pen on paper, then using the cordless pen you simply write or draw directly onto the screen in the same way. There is no keyboard or mouse to worry about, as the pen acts as the mouse. Using an interactive panel is very similar to using an interactive whiteboard, except the panels are usually 15", 17" or 18" in size. However the screen image can be projected through a multimedia projector to various sizes onto a projector screen, making it perfect for large auditoriums and lecture halls as well as smaller classrooms and training rooms. The panel normally has a small A-shaped stand so you can prop it up or lay it down flat on the desk or rest it on your knee. You can also use an interactive panel on top of a lectern, as a confidence monitor, as you can see your presentation and interactive with it, whilst facing your audience, who watch your presentation on the large screen or whiteboard behind you. Interactive panels in various industries Industrial design and construction For CAD operators, architects, industrial designers to build constructions, alter drafts and manipulate designs with ease. Digital photography Interactive panels can be used to finish digital photos by retouching, lightening or sharpening images with the interactive pen directly onto the screen. Graphic design and illustration Interactive panels let you use a write, sketch ideas and retouch images, directly onto the screen. Work can then be saved on your laptop. Multimedia, audio and video Interactive panels let you use a pen to work controls to drag, click, zoom and control your work faster and comfortably than using a mouse. Publishing and pre-press Interactive panels can be used for writing, publishing, composing and retouching images, directly onto the screen for saving to a laptop. Fashion and textile design An interactive panel lets you sketch, amend and develop your ideas on screen, using the digital pen in the same way as you would draw with an ordinary pen. Classrooms, training sessions, lecture theatres, auditoriums Interactive lessons, brainstorming sessions, allows annotation through drawings or writing, directly onto the screen, and then the work can be saved onto PC and printed. Graphics tablet can be used to complement interactive whiteboards in schools, especially when small children are unable to reach a whiteboard. Presentations Enables you to talk to your audience and not look at a screen. You can highlight a chart or financial spreadsheet and with a quick stroke of the pen, emphasise your points. Whether presenting to shareholders meetings, in a conference room or one-to-one, your interactive presentation will have a greater impact. Medical diagnosis Whilst your patient is with you, you can take down their history by moving through menus, without having to use a bulky keyboard or monitor. You can compile medical data comfortably and quickly, and for your patients, it is a more pleasing and professional approach. Allows you to draw diagrams to aid explanations.
